Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality long format content and reports that generate engagement/influences direction and initiates action of target audience.
  • Repurpose long format content into various social media posts for facebook, twitter and Linkedin
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
  • Analyse documents to maintain continuity of style of content
  • Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
  • Research, write, edit and proofread complex technical data.
  • Create, maintain and update manuals, procedures, specifications and other documents.
  • Create, maintain and update installation instructions, training material and other technical documents.
  • Align with internal marketing and content style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs.

  • Strategic planning including customer segment selection, demand generation resourcing, sales enablement and market penetration plans, and related product positioning.
  • Drive market expansion and revenue growth by giving input into sales strategies and supporting sales efforts across the sales cycle
  • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, market research management, website design and content either internally or on an outsourced basis.
